British singer Lily Allen left the stage in tears on Sunday night (March 7) after a fight broke out in the crowd, Orange News reports.

 

The star was performing at the O2 Arena in London as part of her tour with rapper Dizzee Rascal when two men in the crowd started fighting.

 

The singer broke into tears and fled the stage while security got the situation under control.

 

Allen did return to the stage a few minutes later and finished the show.

 

She told fans she was really disappointed, saying, "That's the worst sort of violence. It's f**king sick and you lot should be ashamed of yourself."

 

Lily Allen's show with Dizzee Rascal at O2 Arena is one of her last before she takes a two-year break from performing. She did, however, accept an invitation from Jay-Z to appear at the Wireless Festival on July 4 in  London.
