Lindsay Lohan doesn't want to go to rehab

A few days before his release from jail, Lindsay Lohan seems to be worried about the next step, since part of her sentence is that she must now spend three months in rehab. once again want to antagonize  the judge. 
 
"She’s a little upset right now, her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told PEOPLE. ""She'd like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab." 
 
The prosecutor has indicated yesterday (July 27) that Lohan must attend rehab within 24 hours of release from prison next Sunday or Monday.  .
 
"I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that’s what she’d like for me to emphasize to the judge," says her lawyer.

Lohan has been incarcerated since last July 20 when she was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating terms of her probation. She will, however, only serve two weeks of her sentence  due to overcrowding in the prisons in California.
